Assemble are a collective based in London who work across the fields of art, architecture and design. Their working practice seeks to address the typical disconnection between the public and the process by which places are made, and they champion a working practice that is interdependent and collaborative with the public as an active participant.

Lara Torres is an experimental fashion designer. From a theoretical, artistic and investigative point of view, she applies technology to fashion, exploring how materials can be transformed or made to disappear. She develops temporary clothing and looks for the function in fashion garments, the relationship between clothing and identity and clothing and memory.

Adbusters is a global network of artists, writers, musicians, designers, poets, philosophers and punks trying to transform the current world order. Adbusters’s magazine discusses and documents the erosion of the physical and cultural environments caused by the consumerism. They use design and creativity to dispute narratives, providing a critical, literary and activist perspective.
