The Council of the Award is the organ in charge of defining the theoretical and conceptual framework of the prize. It is formed by renowned personalities from Catalan civil society and its most notable functions are: proposing the Scouts, appointing the members of the Jury and ultimately awarding the prize to the winning candidature.
