Prize-giving ceremony of the ArtFAD Prizes to Arts and Crafts
The A-FAD, the Association of Artists and Artisans of the FAD, is holding the sixth edition of the ArtFAD Contemporary Arts and Crafts Prizes. These international awards have the objective of stimulating investigation, creation and excellence in the field of artistic crafts.
The prizes, which have two categories, professionals and students, will this year have a jury comprising: Antoni Miralda, artist; Josep Anton Carulla, gallerist; Ricard Planas, director of Bonart magazine; Jesús-Ángel Prieto, theoretician on crafts; and Magda Polo, doctor in philosophy of art and chair of A-FAD.
